What an amazing old building. They have done an incredible renovation of this old Ford model T factory. The rooms are extremely spacious. The hallways are incredible. It’s a really unique stay. Beautiful lobby, dining room and coffee area. I would actually go back to Oklahoma City just to stay at this hotel again. Super helpful staff, great beds, and linens. Also great pillows! I highly recommend this hotel. It’s just great all the way around. I wish we had more time there.

I'm going to try to be nice since i don't know who was really at fault. I did not get free upgrade, even though ******* sent me an email saying one was confirmed. I did not get food allowance. Guest services were not helpful with this situation. I was advised no wifi password needed and yet one was. Room could've used a better cleaning (paint, dust, base board issues, tile issues in bathroom, mold on curtain, no ice machine, and mini fridge in room did not work. No on-site parking unless valet. Used to be museum of some sort yet walkways were poorly lit. Considering not even using ******* anymore due to continued hotel issues.

The disarray of the establishment, with its areas of construction, vast areas of blank walls, and a smattering of strange art were not as depicted on the website. I was told at check-in the hotel was under new ownership, but the retrofit needs finishing. The food in the restaurants was good and pleasing. Mary Eddys was a highlight. Not sure if I would stay there in the future even with its ease of location.

If you dont mind sitting in the lobby and waiting over 4 hours for a room to be ready then its not bad. Tv didnt work either. Worst experience I've had in OKC

Bathroom was disgusting. The bedding was stained, dirty mirrors. No blanket in the room. Staff at check in was unfriendly. This was our anniversary, very disappointed

They gave us a handicapped accessible room and did not warn us. It had plastic under the sheet on one if the beds.

This property has such charm and we really enjoyed it! Very clean large rooms with super cool art installations.
